1-The meat is first weighted with care and then according to share (Hissa), it is distributed to shareholders (Hissadars). In case of any minor difference in weight, we’d request you to please ignore and let us off.
2-Liver (Kalegi) and Feet is distributed in such a way that, out of total 7 shares (Hissas), 4 shares (Hissas) will get one foot each and remaining 3 shares (Hissas) will get liver (Kalegi) (in equal distribution).
3-Due to administrative containment, Head and brain (Maghaz) is prepared after the Qurbani is completed, that is why the Head and brain (Maghaz), can’t be distributed to the shareholders (Hissadar). Therefore Head meat and brain (Maghaz)will be donated to deserving peoples or Islamic institutes/organisation.
4- The share (Hissa) may be donated to the islamic intitutions on the wish of share holder (Hissa dar).
Your Instructions for Leather, Meat and other related stuff of Sacrifice (Qurbani):
1-The leather of the sacrificing animal may be donated to Madrisah.
2-My/our Share (HIssa) may be handed over to the person who provide the original Receipt of sacrifice (Qurbani)
3-In case I/we could not receive our share (Hissa) and also there is a possibility that the meat and other related stuff might become rotten, we do hereby authorize to the Administration of this organization to distribute the same among the deserving peoples or any Islamic Institute which deems fit.
4-I/we do hereby authorize and appoint as Attorney to the Administration of this Organization from all stages of purchasing of animal till the final distribution of leather, meat and other related stuff that they can carry out all the activities of my / our sacrifice (Hissa) on my /our behalf. And estimated amount of expenses which is incurred on purchasing, transportation, feeding, wages of Butchers and other staff or any other expense that might incure to manage my /our sacrifice may be met with out of my/our amount that I/ we paid for sacrifice (Qurbani). The organization is authorized to retain/use at it’s discretion.
